ORDER PROCESSING & DELIVERY

• Orders are sent USPS.

• They take approximately 2 business days to process, shipping takes approximately 3-5 business days (Monday to Friday) after processing. 

• We only ship to addresses located within the US.

• If your order is damaged please see our return policy and contact us immediately at admin@emeraldmedmushrooms.com . Failure to contact us in a timely manner may affect your ability to return any damaged products to us.

• If you did not receive your product in 10 business days, please email us at admin@emeraldmedmushrooms.com your full name, mailing address, and phone number and we will provide you with your tracking number and help locate your order.

 

RE-ORDERING GUIDELINES

We encourage our customers to place an order when half of their product is gone. This will prevent shipping delays and ensure you will not run out of your product.​
